Free Return Policy
I. Return conditions
In order to protect your rights of purchase, the products returned must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. To ensure that your right of return is not affected, please comply with the following conditions:
1.The appreciation period is 7 days from the date of receipt of the package, including holidays. Return requests must be made within this period.
2.The appreciation period is not a trial period. If the product does not meet your expectations, please do not use it and proceed with the return.
3.Once you have requested a return, it will take approximately 7-10 working days (excluding holidays) for the logistics driver to collect the return. Please wait patiently for logistics to contact you for collection and actively request documentation from the logistics staff to keep until the return is complete.
4.If you need to return part of your order, please click on the chat box in the bottom right hand corner of the official website or leave a message in the customer service section of the member area. If returning any part of your order would cause the original order amount to fall below the discount threshold (such as a full amount discount or other promotional offer), the difference will be deducted from the refund.
5.Please do not stick the shipping label directly onto the returned product. The returned product must be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging is lost or unusable, please cover it with another box outside the product packaging bag.
6.If damage, dirt or missing accessories occur during transport due to inadequate packaging, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the refund, or the return may be refused and not processed further.

II. Defective Returns
1.For any quality issues, please keep the product in its original condition and packaging and request a return within the appreciation period.
2.Colour differences and personal preferences in material, thickness, weave, feel and other details due to different monitors are subjective personal definitions and are not considered quality defects.

III. Exchange Policy
1.Exchanges can cause long waiting times for shipping back and forth, and in order to protect your rights, our store operates a "returns only, no exchanges" service. We do not offer in-store returns/exchanges or online exchanges.
